Family Roofing & Restoration offers free upgrades from 3-tab shingles, which only have a 60 mph wind warranty, to dimensional shingles that can sustain wind speeds up to 130 mph. If customers prefer a Class-4 Impact Resistant Shingle, then they may be eligible for up to a 30% discount on their homeowner's insurance premiums. We could provide this Impact Resistant upgrade for our wholesale cost difference from dimensional shingles.

Storm-related damages to a person’s home, which is usually their most valuable asset, is stressful! The goal of Family Roofing and Restoration is to make the exterior restoration of a family’s home to be as hassle-free as possible.
To reduce head-aches for Homeowners, Family Roofing & Restoration will work directly with the homeowner’s insurance company to secure a fair and equitable settlement to repair all the damages to the structure. We will also orchestrate all the labor – from the top of the roof down to the decorative concrete on the ground.
We do roofs, gutters, windows, painting, exterior doors, fences, decks, concrete, masonry and interior repairs so that Homeowners only have to hire one contractor to restore all the storm damages to their home. We supervise all aspects of the process to ensure that the job is done right.
We are insured and licensed in all municipalities of Metro Denver. We are fully compliant with all state statutes and city building codes. We pull building permits on all jobs so Homeowners can feel secure knowing that city officials will come to inspect our work to ensure each job is installed correctly.
